    Description of the game:
Screw Loose was a completed prototype game written by Tim Skelly during his days at Gottlieb/Mylstar. There were supposedly 3 test cabinets built, Tim however does not seem to agree with that. He recalls some test control panels that he and Dave Thiel built for testing, but that's it. This game was almost 2 years in the making as I found all the parts, configurations, roms, wiring etc it took to make the game whole. This is actually one of the most fun games i've ever played from the 80's and had it not been for the laserdisc fever that hit at the same time, it just might have been a hit.

    Restoration Process:
  • Got working roms from Joe Bachmann (different than the MAME ones)
  • Got a cabinet from Jeff Dybul
  • Build a custom harness
  • Wired in a MR DO! sound amp for audio
  • Designed all custom artwork (none existed previously)
